The practice welcomes new patients who live within our catchment area.
As it can often take sometime for a patient’s records to be forwarded from their previous practice, all newly registered patients will be asked to complete a health questionnaire and will be offered a consultation with a doctor.
Medical treatment is available from the date of registration.

New Patient Registration forms and information about the Summary Care record and accessing services from GP surgeries may be downloaded from the links below. Please take the opportunity to complete BOTH of the forms below & read the information regarding the registration process and what you will need to register, so that you can hand them to the reception team on your first visit to the practice.
Catchment Area (Practice Boundary)
The practice offers care to patients registered at any address within: Newhaven, Denton, South Heighton, Tarring Neville and Piddinghoe. Our catchment area now includes some addresses in Peacehaven and Telscombe Cliffs. You can search for your postcode by clicking the magnifier in the top right corner of the map, this will indicate whether you live within the boundary or not.Named GP
All patients are allocated a named GP who is responsible for their overall care at the practice. If you wish to know who your named GP is please ask at reception.
The practice will make all reasonable effort to accommodate requests for a specific named GP.
Patients continue to have the opportunity to request an appointment with a GP of their choice.
