Physical accessibility
Our purpose-built surgery is fully accessible. It is all on one level, and has wide doorways, power assisted doors, and a wheelchair level reception desk for those who need it.
Please note that we have no onsite parking at the practice itself. The nearest parking is the council owned Dacre Road multistorey car park, a very short walk away from the practice. It includes disabled and parent and child spaces. This is a pay and display car park, however the first hour is free (but you still need to get a ticket).
Please note- the bays marked for Quayside Medical Practice are for staff permit holders only.
How to make a complaint
We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.
However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.
To pursue a complaint please contact the Practice Business Manager who will deal with your concerns appropriately. Further written information is available regarding the complaints procedure from reception.
You can email your complaint to sxicb-esx.quaysidecomplaints@nhs.net
