Crisis Help

Sussex 24/7 Mental Health Crisis Line Call 111 and select the mental health option. A Free NHS help line and available to everyone who is concerned about their own mental health or that of a relative, friend or someone they care for, including children and young people.

Counselling / Talking Therapy

Health In Mind Health in Mind provide free NHS Talking Therapies to help with common mental health problems such as stress, anxiety and depression. They also have online resources to help you manage your mental health, and online therapy available. To make a self referral, visit their website, or call 0300 00 30 130 .
